Requirements

These cars are quick, and PCR is careful about who drives them. Please read the requirements before booking.

Important

PCR does not rent to drivers with points on their licence. If you have points, your booking will be declined and your £10 booking fee refunded.

Full driving licence held 3+ years

You must have held a full driving licence for a minimum of three years at the time of the rental.

PCR does not rent to drivers with any points on their driving licence. No exceptions.

PCR verifies every licence before confirming a booking. Your details must match your licence exactly.

Upload your DVLA driving licence record with the licence number clearly visible. JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 6MB.

1. Visit the GOV.UK "View or share your driving licence information" service.
2. Sign in with your licence number, National Insurance number and postcode.
3. Download or screenshot the record, making sure your licence number is visible.
4. Upload the file during step 5 of your PCR booking.

Your record is stored in private, restricted storage. Only PCR administrators can view it, and it is used solely for rental verification.
