1. Bookings

All bookings made on this website are requests. A booking is only confirmed once PCR has verified the driver's licence and driving record and has notified the customer.

A non-refundable £10 booking fee is payable online to secure the requested dates while verification takes place.

2. Driver eligibility

Drivers must hold a full driving licence for a minimum of three years and must have zero points on their licence.

PCR reserves the right to decline any booking. Where a booking is declined by PCR, the booking fee is refunded in full.

3. Payments

The rental balance and the refundable security deposit are arranged directly with PCR and are not taken through this website.

The security deposit is refunded after the vehicle is returned in its original condition, subject to inspection, fuel level and mileage terms agreed at collection.

4. Use of the vehicle

Vehicles may only be driven by the named, verified driver. Track use, competitive driving, towing and sub-hire are prohibited.

Any traffic offence, fine, toll or charge incurred during the rental period remains the responsibility of the customer.

5. Liability

The customer is responsible for damage, loss and any insurance excess arising during the rental period, as set out in the rental agreement signed at collection.
