Cancellation & Refund Policy
What happens if a booking is cancelled or declined.
Declined bookings
If PCR declines your booking following verification — for example because the driver requirements are not met — your £10 booking fee is refunded in full.
Customer cancellations
The £10 booking fee is non-refundable where the customer cancels the booking. Cancellation terms for the rental balance are agreed directly with PCR.
Changes to dates
Date changes are subject to availability. Contact PCR as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change.
