Rental Agreement Summary
A summary of the agreement signed at collection. The full agreement is provided before the keys are handed over.
Named driver only
Only the verified, named driver may drive the vehicle. Additional drivers must be approved in advance.
Condition, fuel and mileage
The vehicle is inspected and photographed at collection and return. Fuel level and mileage allowance are recorded and confirmed on the agreement.
Security deposit
The refundable security deposit is held separately and released after inspection at return, less any damage, fines or excess mileage charges.
Prohibited use
Track days, competitive events, off-road use, towing, sub-hire and use by unverified drivers are prohibited.
